Qualification: MBA (HR)
Experience: Minimum 3 y
1. Managing a group of recruiters and payroll executives
2. Managing the payroll and responsible for salary and reimbursements.
3. Manages and enhances the management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures.
4. Enhances the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
5. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting induction and training programs/calendar.
6. Monitoring and coordinating performance appraisals, confirmations and increments.
7. Scheduling meeting with employees, hearing and resolving their grievances.
8. Responsible for employee engagement activities.
9. Running the rewards and recognition programs.
10. Provide manpower analysis, HR dashboards and reports/ presentations to the management.
11. Conducting due diligence periodically.
12. Actively involved in Internal Audits
