Position: Team Leader - Voice Process - US Shifts - 5+ yrs exp in team handling.
Experience: 5yrs In BPO international US Calling
Qualification: Any Graduates
Shift : Night Shift / 5 days working.

Screens incoming and outgoing calls to ensure quality, customer service, and adherence to the policies and procedures of the organization. Provides feedback to the team members on quality standards, performance improvement goals and development. Performs a variety of tasks with respect to client management, People management & Process management.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Driving performance on SLAs being measured by the business & by the client
Set up processes to track key indicators such as schedule adherence, attendance and absenteeism.
Communicating feedback to his/her span satisfactorily
Flexible and open to working in different shifts
Willingness to work under stringent targets and pressure
Team player and open to feedback
Excellent communication skills (English)
Should be a graduate or should have completed 15 years of education
Inclination towards process improvements
Good presentation skills
Excellent MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
Orientation towards working with people
Good analytical skills
Customer service experience in a BPO will be preferred
Graduate in any stream
Flexible working in Night shifts.
Shift: 7pm to 5am, Monday to Friday.
Cab Facility is not available but night shift allowance is provided.
