Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Manager / Asst. HR Manager  to take care of 360 HR operations for our company. Positions: HR Manager / Asst. HR Manager  / Lead HR

Location: Bhopal, MP

Type: Permanent (Full Time)

Work Days:  5  days a week - Monday to Friday

Timings:   6:15 pm  to 3:45 am (Permanent Night Shifts)

(Pick and Drop Facility for all Female Employees.)

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Core HR
  • Education: Any Graduate , MBA -  HR preferred( should be 50 % through out)
  • Communication: Good Communication Skills both written and verbal as well as good Interpersonal Skills
  • Permanent night shifts: Ready to work in Permanent night shifts( male candidate preferred)
  • 360 HR: Flexible to handle 360 HR.

Roles and Responsibilities:  

  • Manages the overall 360 Human Resources operations including services, policies,  programs and the day-to-day operations.
  • Responsible to take up certain HR functions which may vary from time to time as per the task priorities and hence you will be trained and kept in all 360 HR functions.
  • Essential Functions: Department Development, HRMIS, Training and Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management System, Organizational Development, Executive Administration.
  • Ensuring employee safety, welfare and employee services and counseling along with policy development and documentation.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
  • Pin preparing and sending offer/ appointment Letters
  • Coordinate with management team in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Prepare reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship by protecting  the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations  and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
  • Assists with the monitoring of the company salary structure and the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
  • Provides day-to-day benefits administration services. Assist employees with any claim issues.

 

KeySkills  :   Manages the development and maintenance of the Human Resources sections of both the Internet, particularly recruiting, culture, and company information; and Intranet sites.
