Job Description

Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly Goal sheet targets
Build a network in conjunction with agent.
Maintain a database of customers touched through sales seminar presentations
Ensuring business is done in an ethical and honest manner which is in compliance to the IRDA norms
Maintain agent productivity as per business plan

Candidate prefer from FMCG and Pharma.

Candidate should be Product Trainer or Motivational speaker is Preference.

Minimum Graduate In Any Stream

Strong Marketing Acumen

Excellent Communication Skills

Should Have Good Leadership Qualities & Presentation Skills

Posses Own Vehicle.
