Job Definition To maintain the guestrooms and bathrooms as per the standards laid down by the management.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. To clean guest bathrooms and replenish supplies
2. To clean guest bedrooms and replenish supplies.
3. To report missing or broken, fire or theft in hotel
4. To maintain polite dignified and helpful attitude towards the guests.
5. To maintain all equipment used, keep their work areas pantries and trollies clean at any given time.
6. To control pilferage & misuse of supplies and guest linen.
7. To ensure long staying guests & VIPs are handled with care.
Supervises Maintenance of all equipment used
Area of operation Guest room floors
Hours of operation 9 hours as per schedule
In addition to the above mentioned duties & job functions any other assignment given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate supervisor or the management.
