Job Description

Supervise batch charging and verification of RM Quantities and maintain Batch Production records

Check equipments and connected accessories for cleanliness and operate them as per the process norms.

5-7 years post-qualification experience for the positions 1 & 4 and 1-2 years post-qualification experience for the position 2 & 3 in a reputed manufacturing company.

Experience in manufacturing processes such as compression, granulation, coating, capsule filling will be an added advantage

Education: UG -Diploma - Chemical, B.Sc - Chemistry

PG - M.Sc - Chemistry

After take-over of the unit, it has implemented modernization-cum-expansion programs from time to time. The TSAC is equipped with a complete range of modern lab and pilot scale equipments to support development of extrusion, injection moulding, blow moulding and calendaring products. The TASC provides an entire range of recipes for plastic compounding using Baerlocher additives and also provides training to compounders on the right usage of additives.
